Quark Support Policies 
Quark, Inc. offers complimentary technical support to purchasers of Quarkª software for 90 days beginning with your first call or letter to us. Users must register their product to be eligible for this complimentary technical support. If you need technical support, please refer to the  phone numbers listed below and call or send a fax to the number listed for the country where your product is registered. Please be ready to provide your serial number when you call. If you need additional information, please write (in English) to Director of European Operations, Quark Media House SARL, Puits-Godet 6a, CH-2005, Neuch‰tel, Switzerland. 

Quark products are warrantied for 90 days after purchase. Please call technical support before returning damaged disks for replacement. Quark periodically releases updates of its software products. Quark is the sole arbiter of what is included in updates, and when and to whom updates are released.
